Need to be completed every year
Our first step is to have your name run through the State Child Abuse and Neglect (TRAILS) database. We need your cooperation and immediate attention to complete this paper form so we can submit your request for a TRAILS check. We will be processing this through Lutheran Valley Retreat. Choice Screen Background Check
Need to be completed every 2 years
As a volunteer for Kings Team Camp you have agreed to authorize us to conduct a criminal background check if you are over the age of 18. This is accomplished by having our eligible volunteers complete an online form through Choice Screening. This background check is done every 2 years at the expense of Kings Team. We are requesting that you please click on the link below and complete the brief online form as soon as possible. It will take less than 5 minutes. You will need to know your social security number, your Driver's License # and your resident addresses for the past 7 years. When it asks you why you are completing this form please state that it is for Kings Team Camp.
Fingerprints
Need to be completed as a new volunteer only
We are required to have all new Kings Team Camp volunteers over the age of 18 undergo a fingerprint check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Click below for a step by step instruction to begin the process for locating a facility of your choosing and setting up an appointment. Once you've made your appointment email us at kingsteamcamp@gmail.com with your appointment date so the Church HR Director can watch for the results to come in.
